Proving Vs. Presence
Early in my leadership, I thought strength meant pushing through, grinding harder, and never showing weakness. But the leaders who last and the ones people want to follow, lead from a place of health, not hustle. Strength isn’t about control; it’s about courage, honesty, and presence. The strongest leaders know how to show up fully as themselves. Question: Where is your leadership more about proving than about presence?

What are you becoming?
We said strength shows up in self-awareness, service, and surrender. The follow-up is this: leading strong is less about what you achieve and more about who you become while you lead. What kind of leader do you want to become?

LEADING STRONG
Strong leadership is not about being the loudest voice in the room or carrying the heaviest load. Leading strong is about leading from a healthy heart and giving what is true, not just what is impressive. 1. Strength flows from self-awareness You cannot lead others well if you do not know what is happening inside your own heart. Self-awareness creates space for wisdom, compassion, and courage. 2. Strength is shown in service Leading strong is not about control. It is about serving the people around you in ways that help them flourish. A leader’s true strength is revealed in the growth of their team. 3. Strength requires surrender A leader who tries to carry everything alone eventually breaks. Leading strong means surrendering to God, asking for help, and leaning on others so the weight is shared. What do you think is the hardest part about leading strong in your world right now?
