Day 16 &/75 FLOW CHALLENGE Trained:10am Wung Chun Stretches, Meditation, SNT x1 chain punching 300 Elbow thrust each arm 100. 11am 4km Stopped at park - Stretches, meditation, SNT x2 Chain punching 250.Stre 2pm - Stretches, meditation, SNT x2 Chain punching 250 Also official first day of teacher training - watched intro completed first two intros to teaching really enjoyed it so much knowledge to be learnt so excited!! ses 8pm - 9pm Live session with Noah Cogan. Really great to have Noah take the training learnt something new last night during meditation! also felt like i got into state real easy thank you!! STretches - Meditation - SNT x1 - More chain punching. Noah took us though a bit of pivoting and finger striking really got a lot out of it!! Felt: During my morning sessions - i could feel myself going in and out of state due too background noises. I did say "this ok its just noise, its not effecting me" it didnt stop buit i could cope with it. During the 8pm session with Noah the meditation went for 25min and felt like 10mins! i really felt the state especially during SNT. Peace love and KunG Fu!🙏🫱
