What do you struggle with the most, for your S&C?
Ok, so here's the whole point of Combathletes Worldwide - HELPING YOU TO IMPROVE. So, help me to help you. ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿผ This is literally revolutionizing combat sports performance. I think structure wise. Sometimes I over do it & overtrain. For example, how many zone 2โ€™s, how many strength training, sprint trainings each week?

What's the WORST advice you've ever received from a coach?
Let's kick off some interesting discussions with this little number. Thanks for joining Combathletes Worldwide, by the way guys! I'm going to give you 3 answers to this one; - Personal Trainer making me air punch the sky, above my head, and march my legs, whilst I rested between lifting sets. "It will speed up your recovery, bro." Should'a punched him, that would have made me recover the fastest ๐Ÿ˜† - Skills coach making me run around the park, holding a medicine ball, AFTER an hour of boxing skills. "It will mean your arms will never get tired," he told me. Not true. My arms were knackered for DAYS ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ - KneesOverToesGoon teaching me to shoulder press with dumbbells...by RETRACTING MY SCAPS. Let me tell you guys, if you press overhead with retracted scaps, you are going to DESTROY YOUR NECK. Don't do it and don't pay any attention to that ill-informed Scientologist! Ok, your turn!
