A big thank you to my team for always inspiring me and continuously encouraging each other. I’m feeling so grateful for taking part in this journey with all of you. Thank you everyone for your kind words of support and love. I have so much to take away from the challenge in so many different aspects of my life. I am feeling inspired in so many ways, pushing myself not only physically but mainly mentally. I needed a good push out of my comfort zone and this was it. Thank you everyone. ♡

The LAST Challenge Day 💪🏽⚔️
Greetings Team! We MADE IT! The final team challenge day of this 21 day Challenge! Once again this is an opportunity to Finish STRONG. To get everything that you came for and more. To cultivate that self discipline and follow through on your word! NO excuses - Just YOU vs YOU. Do the best you can and then go a little harder! - Thats the beauty of these 24 hour dashes! Alright let's get into it! This challenge is going to be: 🥁 LEG LIFTS 🥁 - because who doesn't want better abs and a strong core! As always the Rules will be as follows: ⚡️ You must record your reps in timelapse and post them in your team chat along with how many you did in that video and what your current total is. ⚡️ The goal is to get as many reps as you can in over the 24 hours. ⚡️ Keep your legs straight and core tight, touch your heels to the floor and lift them to the sky. (picture and example below) Post your goals in the comments below and let's see who came to START and FINISH this challenge with all they got! LAST SET BEST SET LETS GOOOOOOOOO! 🏁

@Angela Marleau thank you for this ☺️ I did some on my sheepskin, that was slightly irritating, then I found by rolling my yoga mat up a couple times seems to work ok - just not going complete insane on how many reps I do per set ~ good luck to all and thank you again!! 🙏🏼
