Ooo do you know some of the demographics? I'd definitely lean towards something to get at cultural differences (because that's always fascinating to me) but maybe if this is a group that's used to working together it wouldn't be as impactful? Perhaps it's already something that's been explored? I love the example below from Priya Parker contrasting India + US culture. I feel like there might be an interesting way to include compliance + voicing opinions with this but might be more useful just for generating some ideas! Well I will say. After questioning for awhile if I have adhd or autism or a combination, I feel especially like I need to get tested after this conversation hitting as hard as it did lol.

It sounds like there's some weird stuff happening at that organization... maybe they should consider hiring you for to do some IO magic lol. Ugh. I'm sorry Anna, I can tell how much this is weighing on you! I haven't read the book yet but I'm happy to have a limited, imperfect version :) I hope this doesn't come off dismissive because I know I'd probably feel very similar however, I want to offer that even with typos this book is extremely impactful for folks and I think the reviews thus far reflect that. Your work is impactful, period!
