Introduction to GSH (Glutathione-Cysteinyl-Glycine)
The primary ingredient in Immunocal is a proprietary, undenatured whey protein isolate that is rich in bonded cysteine, an essential precursor for your body to produce its own glutathione (GSH). Core Ingredients: - Undenatured Whey Protein Isolate: This is the main component of all Immunocal products. It is a high-purity protein that is a natural source of the amino acid cysteine (in its stable form, cystine), which is the rate-limiting factor in glutathione synthesis in the body. Ingredients in Specific Immunocal Products: Immunocal Platinum: The Platinum version has the same core whey protein isolate as the original, but with two added proprietary blends: - Cytokine Modulating Peptides (CMP)™: These are small proteins intended to help regulate inflammation. - Redox Modulating Formula (RMF)™: A blend of natural citrate minerals (potassium, magnesium, and calcium) and creatine, designed to help maintain proper muscle function and support the body's natural pH balance. Immunocal Sport: The Sport version is formulated with additional ingredients to enhance athletic performance and recovery: - Undenatured Whey Protein Isolate: The glutathione precursor base. - L-Citrulline and Beet Root Extract: These ingredients are intended to boost nitric oxide production, which improves blood flow and endurance. - Tart Cherry Extract: An antioxidant-rich component to help reduce muscle soreness and improve recovery. - Magnesium: An essential mineral that aids in muscle recovery. Immunocal Booster: This is a separate superfood supplement, intended to be used alongside the protein powder. Its ingredients include: - Nrf2 Catalyst™ blend with Sulforaphane (from broccoli seed extract) and Selenium: These activate the body's internal antioxidant defense system (the Nrf2 pathway). - Over 50 organic fruits and vegetables phytonutrient blend. - Vitamins A, K, C, E, and B12. - Some versions also include natural sources of caffeine from green tea, green coffee, and guarana extracts.

2.11.26 ~ Wednesday Reflection & Prayer
WEDNESDAY ~ PURPOSE IN MOTION The air felt different this morning. Not warm exactly… but softer. After weeks of bitter cold and heavy layers, today the temperature finally rose just enough for me to step outside without bracing myself against it. I opened the door slowly and let that fresh air touch my face. The snow is still here, but it’s melting at the edges. The sound of water dripping from the gutters felt like a quiet promise. Seasons shift. And so do we. After my time with the Lord this morning, I stood outside longer than I needed to… just breathing. Thinking about how grateful I am that I stepped out of retirement instead of shrinking into it. Stepping out of retirement wasn’t about going back to work. It was about stepping forward into purpose. There’s something powerful about choosing not to coast. About deciding that your experience still matters. That your voice still carries weight. That serving others doesn’t expire at a certain age. When I chose to build Ageless Wisdom… when I chose to align with mentorship and systems that allow me to serve from home… when I chose to show up daily even when it’s cold, even when it’s hard… That was me stepping into motion again. And today, standing outside in the softened air, I realized something: Purpose keeps you warm in seasons that would otherwise feel cold. TODAY’S REFLECTION Retirement can be a resting place…but it doesn’t have to be your final chapter. There is still purpose in you. There is still impact in you. There is still someone who needs what you carry. PRAYER God, Thank You for seasons that change and for the courage to change with them. Thank You for purpose that does not retire and for opportunities to serve no matter our age. Help us step forward when fear whispers to stay comfortable. Remind us that usefulness and calling do not expire. May we never settle for small when You are still writing our story. Warm our hearts as the weather warms today.Keep us moving with intention. Amen. 🙏 Until tomorrow, may you feel useful, connected, and hopeful—and remember, you are never alone.

Good day
A Birthday Love Letter to My Love Child..
Hey my Ageless Wisdom Friends.. I wanted to share a letter I wrote to my daughter who has a birthday coming up this Saturday, February 14th. I am sharing my words with you that I wrote from my heart, in hopes that it will touch someone reading this and say the things on your heart that you haven't been able to put in words yet. It took me hours to write this from the depth of my heart.. A Letter to My Daughter It’s a quiet February evening here on Long Island. Your mother, the writer, is sitting at her desk with a cup of coffee growing cold in her hands and a head full of thoughts. Outside, the wind brushes against the window. Inside, my heart is full. I keep thinking about how strong and wise and beautiful you are — after spending this afternoon with you at the DMV renewing your license, and then stopping for our annual mother-daughter birthday toast. I’m thinking about you — the same little Valentine miracle who once fit in the crook of my arm. The look I saw in your eyes today was different. Maybe you were thinking about growing older and all the changes that come when you approach your 50s. Maybe you were feeling behind your peers. Maybe you were wondering if life has moved too quickly. And I looked up from my computer and smiled. Baby Girl. My Mishele Belle. Let me tell you something you don’t know about the night your dad and I got married. I prayed harder than I ever had in my life for God to allow me to conceive a child. There was a time when three doctors — from Thailand, Texas, and Tennessee — looked me in the eye and told me I would never carry a child. They said my uterus had prolapsed. Tilted. “Not built for pregnancy,” they said. Then I met your father. That first night together, I cried until there were no tears left. Our little room was quiet. The world felt heavy. I remember sitting on the edge of the bed, staring at the wall, believing the story they handed me. Believing my body had failed me. Believing motherhood might not be written into my future.

What a powerful and heart-touching letter. ❤️ A mother’s love truly has no limits. This brought tears to my eyes and reminded me how miracles still happen.🙂
1.30.26 ~ Friday Reflection & Prayer
FRIDAY ~ INTEGRATION & GRATITUDE Inside. Quiet again. Breath slower.Week settling into place. I’m back at my desk this morning, the same view outside—snow still lingering, softened now by time and footsteps. The rush of the week has eased, and what remains feels quieter, fuller. My Bible is still open where I left it. My notebook carries the traces of conversations, thoughts, prayers. The chair beneath me feels familiar—steady. This week held movement. Anticipation and Connection. Moments that stretched me and moments that confirmed what I already knew. I’m learning that Fridays aren’t meant to push us forward as much as they are meant to help us take stock. To notice what landed. What shifted. What deserves gratitude before we move on. God doesn’t waste a single moment. Even the ones that felt uncertain at first. Especially those. So today, I pause—not to analyze, but to acknowledge. The growth. The grace. The quiet ways God met me right where I was. TODAY'S REFLECTION Before you rush into what’s next, take a moment to honor what this week has already given you. PRAYER God, Thank You for carrying us through this week—for the seen and unseen ways You guided, protected, and stretched us. Help us integrate what we’ve learned and release what no longer needs to be carried forward. Teach us to end this week with gratitude rather than exhaustion, with trust rather than striving. As we move toward rest, may our hearts remain open and our spirits grounded in You. Amen. 🙏 Until tomorrow, may you rest well, release gently, and remember—you are never alone. With love, Grandma Grady
