Letting go
I would love to hear everyone’s input on the topic of letting go. What tools or activities have helped you release things that are no longer helping you? If interested, you’re welcome to follow me and explore different topics together.

I love this Diana. Something I think (and teach a lot about). It always seems to come up in the work I do as a microdose and breathwork coach for women in midlife... this idea of "surrender" or "letting go". I always joke "if someone who just tell me how I'd do it" 😝 I think a lot of surrender has to do with trust. Loosing the grip on the need to control and being okay with the outcome. Tusting that whatever unfolds is exactly what is meant to... Of course - A LOT easier said than done!
Change Starts at the Root
Real transformation isn’t about surface-level tweaks—it’s about understanding the root of our behaviors. When we target the underlying patterns in our brain, work and life changes flow naturally. Your brain isn’t the limit—it’s the tool.

Beautifully said @Mary Betty 🙌🏽 When we work with the root instead of just managing the symptoms, change stops feeling forced and starts feeling natural. The brain really is a tool we can learn to work with, not something we have to fight
