Fasting! Not only from food but also from old, negative beliefs and thoughts. It is written in all religious texts. Wow! That's it EXACTLY! I have a mouth full about fasting. Fasting puts you in a position to hear clearly from Yah (God), that higher power, whatever you call it and to rely on Him more. There's a scripture that says a particular type of spirit can only be overcame by fasting and prayer. That says alot. It's a really deep subject. I can go on and on, but I've said enough. Sorry for the rant. I just love talking about spiritual stuff.
ATTENTION: A Quantum Shift Is Coming To Our Community 💫
For most of my life, I made the mistake of directing most of my attention to my physical body and life situation (health, wealth, relationships). Sure, I directed some attention to my emotional body and found myself fumbling around with my quantum/spiritual self and connection. I've worked as a personal trainer, nutritionist, elementary school teacher, and gym owner. I've helped people drop body fat. But through those years I was taking the safe route to helping others (and myself.) I Am Choosing truth instead of safety. Through my journey, I have realized my true self and a truth that applies to every person on the planet. When I realized this and put it into practice, everything changed. Here's what I realized. (By the way, you already know this; I am simply reminding you of what you've always known at the deepest level.) Here goes: Any breakthrough or life transformation must happen on the inside if it will take hold on the outside. Our inner alignment must shift if our lives and bodies are going to change for good. This means aligning our Inner Energy (thinking, feeling, believing self) with our highest self (5D, Quantum, Spiritual) and our 3D self (physical self). This is Alignment. It would be easy to just keep helping people lose weight through strategic fasting and aligned actions—it would certainly keep me safe from being criticized or rejected. But it wouldn't be authentic; I know better now. "When we know better - we do better." -Maya Angelou Over the next month, prepare for a quantum shift in our community and classroom. Not to worry. It will still have all the resources to help people reverse unhealthy fat gain, but it will be most focused on making the inner shifts necessary to turn desires into a lasting lifestyle. If we don't change our inner alignment (attitude, beliefs, thoughts, emotions), any changes we make to our physical body will be temporary. On the flip side... When we shift our inner alignment (and align with our true self and purpose), transforming our physical body becomes second nature.

I typically do 6 hours fed and 18 fasted. Also, I try to do at least one 24 hour fast per week.
