What happened
I feel like I was doing great raising my vibration and being the person I want to be and changing my life. And the past couple months I feel like I took 20 steps backwards 😞 I’ve been having random panic attacks and feeling depressed and not feeling like myself. And I can’t get myself out of it. I’ve been thinking of going to therapy. Any advice ??

Oftentimes this is the side of growth people don’t talk about. When you start making all these beautiful changes for yourself and seeing great progress then it brings to the surface that which needs attention and addressing to move forward. I’ve experienced a lot of this myself, some pretty dark stuff and it gets heavy and sticky. Things that have helped me in this situation are daily meditation, prayer, journaling and connecting to spirit. In each situation I ask for help and support to be guided through what I’m experiencing, what is my body trying to communicate to me through this panic attack or whatever you experience. Except it and allow it to exist but observe it and see if you can find clues as to what is going on underneath. Easier said than done I know. Sending love and support your way. You got this. I’m at the point where I’m pretty good at not letting others energy affect me. However sometimes their energy lingers afterwards and you can easily wonder into thinking about it, that’s what I’m working on not doing, bringing my focus back on me.

In regards to menstrual cycles... Women often get "extra emotional" or "sensitive" in the days leading up to, during and after menstruation. Hormonal imbalances are a thing, but a great friend of mine referred to our periods as something a little eye opening: It is a period of amplification. 💗👁💥 Our feelings are amplified as if under a magnifying glass, in order for us to see them more clearly. Now the thing to bear in mind is ✨️not every emotion requires action✨️. Some just need to be felt and released. What often happens is we feel these amplified emotions and express them to just anyone, or everyone. As if the emotions take the reins. When really, sometimes WE are the only ones who need to acknowledge any expression within. Journaling or turning to a close and trusted friend who doesn't judge and doesn't feeeed negativity can be very helpful (I have found this to be the case for me at least). Since hearing that (period of amplification), I try to *listen* to the emotions surfacing, sit with them and then assess whether I need to address something with someone else, or take a certain action, etc. I took that as a big learning tool! I even started applying that to my big emotions on a regular basis, not just during times of menstruation.

All you gals are onto something very juicy. I feel like at peak of moon time and peak of ovulation are times we are living very vividly between two worlds. I’m nearing my summer time in my cycle witch is ovulation and I feel very strong in my power and feel like I’m on the hedge , one foot in the spirit world one foot into ordinary reality. Lots of energy work taking place.
