I feel my timing and speed/power has improved in my Poomsae. Sharing how it looks for competition really helped me. Also just being part of this community has been inspiring for me. Seeing others stories being shared in this space has been beautiful to see. Thank you so much Sir!
It’s Time
Wish me luck! A lot riding in this. Possible outcomes: surgery goes smoothly I comeback better than I have ever been. Option 2: they stick an illostomy on me and training is gonna be close to impossible (despite this I will still try to find a way).

Water! And sometimes herbal teas in the morning and evenings. I only have decaf coffee as a treat such as an affogato 😋 And I also love fasting! I usually aim to fast from 7pm til midday the following day.

@Charlie Chong haha I’m not sure I’ve totally got it locked down - I also love food a little too much! But I’ve found my body doesn’t response as well to certain foods so I do need to be more mindful about what and when I eat, and definitely remind myself about the tenent to self control!
