DAY 14/31 🏋️♂️ WORKOUT: 1 hour of Zumba ✔️ 📚 READING: 10 PAGES ✔️ 💧 WATER: 1 GALLON ❌️ 👣 STEPS: 15000+ ✔️ A gallon of water is difficult now that we're back at work. Running back and forth to the restroom is a pain and VERY inconvenient. 💦
