Right now I’m refining my core offer. I was building a GPT around it and realized the offer itself needed tightening first. I pressure-tested it with a few people and it wasn’t fully landing or reflecting the real value of what I deliver, so I paused to sharpen the outcome and positioning before moving forward. Appreciate the push on outcome-first framing , it helped clarify what needed tightening. Looking forward to the Q&A tonight 🙌

One thing I noticed across the pieces is that the PDF feels ceremonial and transformational, while the app experience currently leans more toward luxury style and body-shape guidance. Bringing a bit more of the audit’s identity and tone into the onboarding, results, or affirmatins could help the experience feel more unified. Overall, it’s a strong, buildable foundation with a clear aesthetic and point of view. Black and Gold are my favorite!
