Help needed
I need some help ladies, I'm starting on tirz. I want to purchase tonight to get in on the good sale. I was planning on starting at 2.5mg but I only see 10mg. Is that too high for a starting dose..? Any helpful info is appreciated.

The 10mg is the vial size. Once you get it, you will reconstitute it and then you can still take your 2.5mg starting dose.

My goal for this week is to start moving my body a little more. I'm thinking about using my walking pad, and/or adding in some exercises and weight lifting. I, too, sit at a desk for my job. So, anything to get my body moving and my heart rate going, is a step in the right direction.

I am 55y/o and began my GLP 2/peptide journey 5 months ago. I am loving all the positive changes I have noticed since starting Tirz. I have, also, added Nad+, Glutathione, MOTS, and KPV to my stack. I am menopausal, and am amazed at how much better I am feeling overall since starting this journey. I am very excited that I ran across Heather on her live last night. I'm happy to be in this group and thrilled to learn more from everyone.
