Oh I'm loving this workshop! Thank you!
Friday Wins!
Happy Friday friends! We made it! How was your week? Did you reach a goal? Find something positive even if things didn't go as planned. I set a couple of goals on Monday and was able to accomplish one of them. I have an ongoing goal of emailing my list every week to stay in top of mind, give them some value, connect, build relationships, you know, all the things. I did not manage to do that this week. I had another goal of getting a presentation finished that took over my entire focus. Along with some last minute schedule changes and the email just went to the back burner and never got finished. It's okay. The people on my list probably didn't even notice I wasn't there. I'll pick it back up next week and just continue right along. 🙂 My win though...I finished my presentation and received amazing feedback from 4 different people! They took time out of their day to let me know that they loved the workshop and feel so much clarity to move forward!! That feels so good to know people benefitted from info I shared. 🥰 I added the workshop here for you all. It's in the classroom, toward the bottom. It's called Clarity in Action. It will guide you to find your 90 day focus, prioritize what matters most, and create a plan you’ll actually follow. If you haven't done your Q1 planning yet, this might help. Enjoy!

Ack, I'm late - BUT - I had a closing. Those are the BEST. I also reignited a listing that has been off market and get the foundation so I can move forward to getting them back on market. Each client is a lot of moving parts and it can really send me reeling sometimes so I have updated all my checklists so nothing falls away, cleared my desk off, done a lot of things in advance that are usually last minute toss togethers. I do feel like my forward months will be easier than last year.
Welcome to 2026!
This week’s clarity check: On a scale of 1–5, how steady and grounded do you feel today? Comment with just the number, no explanation needed. 💡 Action: Set a 5-minute timer and clear ONE surface you see daily. A clean surface is like steadying your boat, it gives you space to think clearly and see your next step. 🌬️ Reflection: Think of your week like sailing. Sometimes you need to: Stop. Pause, breathe, and notice where you are. Steady. Center yourself and your energy. Study. Check your compass, what truly matters right now? Seek. Notice the winds and opportunities around you that will carry you forward. Even small shifts - clearing your desk, taking a breath, prioritizing one task - help you navigate with clarity instead of drifting in overwhelm. What’s one “steadying” action you can take this week to help move forward with purpose?

3 I started off really good, but had a few days this week where I sput out into overwhelm. I even had a day where I couldn't complete a task to save my life because my brain was so distracted! ugh. I am taking today off so I can focus again tomorrow.
Happy, merry
I hope you all had an amazing holiday week! I enjoyed a few fabulous days off while my kids and grandbaby visited. We had 2 days with a rare houseful and I loved every second of it! Food, family, & tons of fun! And now, this week’s clarity check: On a scale of 1–5, how grounded do you feel today? Comment with just the number, no explanation needed, unless you want to share. (I always love hearing!) Today's action: 👉 Set a 5-minute timer and clear ONE surface you see daily.

4 - not too shabby.
Comparison steals clarity.
And I’ll be the first to admit, I do this all the time too. I can feel really good about what I’m building…and then I scroll. Or hear someone share a win. Or notice how fast it seems like everyone else is moving. And just like that, my brain starts questioning: Am I behind? Should I be doing more? Am I missing something? That’s usually my cue that I’ve stopped listening to my compass and started borrowing someone else’s. Here’s what I have to remind myself (often): Other people’s timelines are not a measuring stick for your clarity. We don’t see: - what season of life they’re in - how much support they have - what they’ve already built quietly - or what they’re holding together behind the scenes When I compare, my clarity gets fuzzy. When I come back to my pace, things settle again. ✨ Honoring your own pace might look like: - finishing one thing before starting another - choosing consistency over intensity - needing more time, and letting that be okay - building something sustainable instead of flashy Slower doesn’t mean stuck. Sometimes it means rooted. 💡 Action:What’s one way you’ll honor your pace this week? Less on your plate? More white space? Fewer opinions? Drop it below. You’re not behind, you’re just building in your own rhythm. 💛

Last year, I got so stuck in this in January after I learned how many closing another agent had. I was like... what? How is that even physically possible. (i knew she had a team, none of those people get credit for "her work", but even knowing this, I still belittled my own ability to do more than what I was doing.) I have now forgotten the number, and am celebrating my own wins. I stopped following on the social channels because... honestly, I'm in my own season, not hers. ... it's made a big difference.
