Because the states I mainly work in have laws prohibiting/discouraging “investors” from contacting people in foreclosure, I tend not to even mess with them. Yet information like this is important to understand and share, especially if you can catch them while they’re still in the pre-foreclosure stage. Hey there, does anyone know how to get a list of recent probates from the county site in Memphis Tennessee? I have called and emailed with not much help.
