This May, I am breaking the habit of sweet treats (to regulate)
I am finding that I am using chocolate and sweet treats as a default regulation response before I go to my other tools like meditation. When stressed I find myself mindlessly consuming for a good while before my brain kicks back on and I realise. So this may I will be breaking the habit of using sweet treats to regulate. I will still consume them, but only when I am mindfully choosing to do so, but not in response to stress. Wish me luck! Ps: you can check out the challenge here

@Zachary Phillips I’m open to sharing with and learning from your wisdom🫶I’ll let you know if anything comes up. For now I’m going to pay attention to when I reach for sweets if there is something other then the yummy taste in my mouth I’m seeking 😌 sending love, light & peace 💫🫶✨
Part of today’s practice…
Serving where I’m needed, even with little time off lately because I chose to help during the staffing shortage🤷🏻‍♀️ And when that service kicks my butt a little… I go home and shift the energy. The home energy I mostly control. 😉 Well… except for the two fur friends we chose to love unconditionally. They generously provide lots of growth opportunities🫶just as long as I meet their attention quota at the exact moment they decide it’s required. 🤔🤪 To be fair… they’re a lot like me. Good food can definitely persuade us sometimes. 🐾✨

I’ve been doing lots of deep diving and although my practice is practice it’s not been the form of practice I intended to follow but just as life teaches us we just need to go with the flow and trust that we will get there eventually 🤷🏻‍♀️maybe 😉 I’m grateful for your space and know where and who to reach for when silent practice is perfect 💫🫶✨ Go well and 🌞Smile & Shine Always ✨

Hi Zach! ☺️ Movement is part of my daily rhythm ☺️ biking, yoga, long walks, hikes. I move with intention, but I also trust my body and let it lead. Some days it’s structured; some days it’s just me and the music finding our own flow. I signed up for the challenge and started the podcast too ☺️ open and excited to lean in. Happy Birthday ☺️ Always grateful for making this current trip around the sun more beautiful than the last 🌞💫🫶
