💬 Encouragement Changes Everything
Proverbs 16:24 – “Gracious words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones.” A few words of encouragement can fill your spouse’s heart and shift the atmosphere in your marriage. Question:What’s one thing your spouse has done recently that you can thank them for today? Poll:How often do you intentionally encourage your spouse? Challenge:Tell your spouse one thing you love about them before the day ends.

📣 Live Zoom Teaching: Busy or Balanced?
Sunday, learn how to Prioritize Your Spouse. 👉 If busyness has been stealing your intimacy comment "Me" below ⬇️ We live in a world that worships hustle, full calendars, and saying “yes” to everything. But here’s the cost: ❌ You’re exhausted, and your spouse gets the leftovers. ❌ You’re serving everyone else, but your marriage feels neglected. ❌ You keep saying “yes” to good things and accidentally saying “no” to the best thing—your relationship. This Sunday I’ll teach you: - How to use your calendar to protect your marriage instead of crush it. - The power of “No” as a spiritual and relational tool. - A simple rhythm that gives your spouse quality time without you feeling guilty or stretched. 🗓 Sunday | 🕔 5:00 PM PST | 6:00 PM MST | 7:00 PM CST | 8:00 PM EST Zoom link is on the calendar.

We have been married for 45 years. We have been struggling for many (too many ) years. My spouse can be a very loving, kind, thoughtful person. I want him to treat me with love and respect
