I have something exciting to share. 💜 I'm one of the contributors in the 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗕𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗲 — a free collection of tools, trainings, and resources created for midlife women who are building something of their own. Businesses, communities, brands, offers, next chapters. It runs 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟮𝟳–𝟯𝟭. Here's what I love about it: it's over 100 women who get it. Who know that starting (or restarting) something in midlife isn't about hustling harder or having it all figured out. It's about taking the next honest step — with the time, energy, and life you actually have. My contribution is my 𝗠𝗶𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗺 𝗠𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗿 — a little tool I made to help you take all those ideas, skills, and passions swirling around in your head and turn them into one clear next step. No giant business plan. No overwhelm. Just, "𝒐𝒌𝒂𝒚 — 𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆'𝒔 𝒘𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝑰 𝒅𝒐 𝒏𝒆𝒙𝒕." I'll share more soon. For now, save the dates: 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟮𝟳–𝟯𝟭, and keep an eye out for the link. 🌿 Small steps lead to big transformations. April Joy 💜🌹 Stay positive and kind.

Opinion please!
I created the journal page for the Citrus Hibiscus Breeze but I found a new way to create them and want your opinion. So I have attached the two versions; Version A is the original and Version B is the experimental version. I would appreciate your opinion.

Tea Time Tuesday: Citrus Hibiscus Breeze 11 AM CST 🌺🍊
Happy Tea Time Tuesday, sweet friends. Today’s blend is bright, cooling, refreshing, and perfect for a hot summer day: 𝑪𝒊𝒕𝒓𝒖𝒔 𝑯𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒔𝒄𝒖𝒔 𝑩𝒓𝒆𝒆𝒛𝒆 This one has that beautiful tart hibiscus flavor, cheerful orange, smooth rooibos, soft floral linden, and just a tiny touch of cardamom to make it feel special. It is lovely warm, but honestly, I think this one really shines iced. You could also top it with a splash of sparkling water for a fun little summer mocktail feel. This blend is tart, citrusy, lightly floral, naturally smooth, and refreshing without feeling boring. 𝗔 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗯 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲: Hibiscus is often loved for its cooling, tart, refreshing nature. Orange peel brings brightness and citrus flavor. Linden adds a soft, calming, floral feel. Rooibos gives the blend a smooth, naturally mellow sweetness. Cardamom adds a tiny citrus-spice finish that makes the whole blend feel a little more special. See you today at 11am CST for our 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆 What helps me feel refreshed in body, mind, or spirit? Maybe it is tea. Maybe it is quiet. Maybe it is music. Maybe it is fresh air. Maybe it is a cold drink on a hot day. Maybe it is finally giving yourself permission to pause. Your reset does not have to be complicated. Sometimes it can start with one glass of tea and one deep breath. 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲: This is for educational purposes only. Hibiscus may not be right for everyone, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking blood pressure medication, managing blood sugar concerns, or taking certain medications. Please check with a qualified healthcare professional if you are unsure whether an herb is right for you. Your turn: Would you drink this one hot, iced, or sparkling? Small steps lead to big transformations. 𝓐𝓹𝓻𝓲𝓵 𝓙𝓸𝔂 💜🌹 Stay positive and kind

I have all but Linden, sounds great if in ice due to heat/high temperature outside but think would be great hot when cold outside
Sunday Reset is tonight at 5 PM CST
Today’s theme is: “𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒂𝒎 𝑰 𝒄𝒂𝒓𝒓𝒚𝒊𝒏𝒈, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒘𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒂𝒎 𝑰 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒚 𝒕𝒐 𝒔𝒆𝒕 𝒅𝒐𝒘𝒏?” This will be a gentle reset for the week ahead — nothing complicated, nothing overwhelming. We’ll take a few minutes to breathe, reflect, journal, and choose one small step for the new week. Bring your journal, a pen, water or tea, and yourself exactly as you are. You do not have to come in with everything figured out. This is simply a space to pause, soften, and reset before the week begins. 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆: What do I want to carry into this week, and what am I ready to release? See you at 𝟱 𝗣𝗠 𝗖𝗦𝗧. 𝓐𝓹𝓻𝓲𝓵 𝓙𝓸𝔂 💜🌹 Stay positive and kind.

Journal & Joy: What I’m Carrying, What I’m Releasing ❤️🤍💙💜📖
Happy 4th of July, sweet friends. In the middle of the celebration, the noise, the gatherings, and the busy summer energy, I wanted today’s 𝐽𝑜𝑢𝑟𝑛𝑎𝑙 & 𝐽𝑜𝑦 to be a gentle moment to pause and check in with ourselves. If you are joining us today, the Journal & Joy live session will be today July 4th at 8 am CST. See you there! Today’s reflection is about: 𝑊ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝐼’𝑚 𝑐𝑎𝑟𝑟𝑦𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑊ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝐼’𝑚 𝑟𝑒𝑙𝑒𝑎𝑠𝑖𝑛𝑔 Because even on a holiday, we still need space to breathe, reflect, and come back to ourselves. This week has been full — tea blending, creating, showing up, adjusting plans, learning, and just doing real life in the middle of all of it. And honestly, that is why I love these journal moments. 𝙏𝙝𝙚𝙮 𝙜𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙪𝙨 𝙖 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙥𝙖𝙪𝙨𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙖𝙨𝙠: What am I still carrying? What am I ready to release? What do I want to bring with me into the next week? Sometimes we carry things longer than we need to. Pressure. Overthinking. Self-judgment. Old expectations. The feeling that we should have done more. The stress of a week that did not go exactly as planned. But we are allowed to pause. We are allowed to notice what feels heavy. We are allowed to set some of it down. And today, on the 4th of July, maybe freedom can also mean giving ourselves permission to release a little pressure. Today’s reflection is not about fixing everything. It is about checking in with ourselves before we step into a new week. 𝙏𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙖 𝙛𝙚𝙬 𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙪𝙩𝙚𝙨 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙟𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙥𝙖𝙜𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙖𝙨𝙠 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛: 🌿 What felt good this week? 💜 What felt heavy this week? 📖 What am I still carrying? ✨ What am I ready to release? 🌸 What do I want to remember from this week? 🌱 What is one small step I want to carry into next week? You do not have to write a lot. One honest sentence counts. One word counts. One small moment of reflection counts. Your turn: What is one thing you are ready to release before next week? Small steps lead to big transformations. 𝓐𝓹𝓻𝓲𝓵 𝓙𝓸𝔂 💜🌹 Stay positive and kind.
