Positive changes for 2025
I have struggled with body image/dysmorphia since my teens and no matter what I did I never saw changes to my body and fell into unhealthy restrict/binge relationships with food. But this year after a breakup I began bouldering and with the support of close friends I broke my unhealthy relationship with food and bad habits, my body has completely changed both visually and physically so much since July when I started the journey and I can't wait to carry on into 2025 with my new lease of life. For anyone who thinks it's impossible or too late it's not! Pics climbing are now and last 2 are from Before I got active 💪
