So, I’m planning a small specialty coffee shop of aprox. 20-30m² targeting around 60 cups/day. Right now I’m still researching and focusing on: • Equipment selection • Cost structure (coffee, milk, cups, etc.) • Simple menu design Curious, where is everyone else in their journey right now? Hi everyone, This weekend must be my busiest weekend ever so far. I did a macaroons masterclass and it was awesome made the shells and filled them with different flavours buttercream and decorated the shell. I did henna style and was so delicious to eat and shared with my family, then on Sunday I did a barista courses for beginners and it was amazing how the art was amazing and there are different types of beans I learnt a lot to be honest. I really really want to start a coffee shop or work I. One for experiences.
