@Alexandra Nicole i’m sure you’ll be able to progress fast since too a break itsgood for recovery!! my goal is to be able to balance weight lifting and calisthenics without slacking off calisthenics like i did in 2025🤣

1. i’m very inconsistent yet i think i have potential to be really good/ i could do dips/ very slow negative pullups/ i have a strong core 2. my next goal is to relearn doing pull ups be more flexible and be more consistent in calisthenics 3. i’m smart and funny
