@Erika Cardinale Yes! I think it’s important to be careful what products you use for cleaning. Their cleaning cloths are amazing too!

Their window cloth is the only cloth my mom and I use when cleaning windows! So much better than using paper towels!

Hi! My name is Tabitha and I’m 27 years old! I am originally from VA but now live in Nebraska! My favorite color- Blue! My hobbies are: Horse backing riding, camping, anything outdoors! Also crocheting! I’m blessed by 2 little ones and another on the way. I am currently 6 weeks pregnant! Estimated due date Dec 21! I would love to learn more from other moms and hopefully help others too! I was looking for birth groups and this one caught my eye! (I am answering the questions from the instructions Erika gave for intros! )

@Abigail Ringger Up until around nine weeks, I had quite a bit of morning sickness, but thankfully, it wasn’t bad enough to throw up. Was still miserable though. 😞 I feel so much better now thankfully I have very good pregnancies overall. We heard the babies heartbeat last week, which was very heartwarming. 🥰
Your Birth Team, Your Way!!
A GOOD birth team aims to have a collaborative approach to care. You're on the same team with the goal of a healthy baby, healthy mom, AND a positive experience. How do we have a positive experience? ✨️ Active participant in the decision making process ✨️ Autonomy ✨️ Support throughout pregnancy and birth ✨️ Education ✨️ Respectful communication about the benefits and risks of varying options in birth ✨️ Evidence-based discussions, not fear mongering Outside of emergencies, you should not hear, "you MUST do x." or similar phrases. You should hear something like, "I recommend X because of Y. Current evidence shows this is recommended for situations where we see Z. What questions do you have?" It isn't about declining what's offered or second guessing what a medical expert recommends. It's about respectful care rooted in mutual respect and not a hierarchy or infantilization. Choosing a provider who your can trust is so important. Did you feel respected and heard during your care?

I totally go with the physiological! It’s the only way for me unless there were complications but even in that I believe that we can help things be better by still working with nature and giving ourselves grace!
Holistic & Healthy
What are some habits or routines you have that fit into a holistic, healthy lifestyle? As a mom sometimes it can be hard to prioritize ourselves! When it comes to self care and/or household task, one way I’ve found to be so helpful in keeping up à healthy routine/household, switching to safe, nontoxic, clean ingredient products has been super important. What’s your TOP priority as a Mom when it comes to your own health & wellness?

I chose eating clean/organic as my top choice but honestly, I’m pretty careful about the cleaning products I use as well. It was kinda a hard choice between the two. I also like to read labels and if it’s a huge list of things I can’t understand, I generally try to steer away from that product! I love simple!!!
