Day 1 - Analysis Paralysis Day 1 done! Remember you don’t need to send a video like me (unless you want!). I was honestly nervous about starting this challenge because even as a coach.. I gotta remember to take my own advice lol! It's just analysis paralysis.. just start. I grew up where presentation was everything, so putting a camera on and talking was a vulnerable experience, but at the end, I was so glad I did it because the feeling a hot after of hitting that checkmark and seeing it turn green✅ was everything. I jumped for 10 minutes today. In one of my jump sets I was finally able to jump for 30s before tripping the rope.
