I’m very stressed. I eat a healthy breakfast, but my dinner is usually outside and late. I’m not able to get into a proper routine.
General update,
After eid abi b guests at my place, 3rd april ko sabki flight so wo jain tou will back to routine, but still me 2 times meal lai rae and very balanced and light aik to stomach hi bht upset hua va kch b jald digest nae hopa ra, its very tough to manage now days, bit itna hogaya and thora reh gaya, so i will join again.after 3 days 🙌

I had been really busy these past days, but now I’m finally getting back on track. I’ve started preparing for my trip to Pakistan and slowly returning to my routine. My weight is 80kg Alhmdulillah My goal is to lose 10 kg before Eid ul Adha, and I’m ready to stay consistent and focused. 💪✨

Hello guys hope you all are doing well... i took my ramzan break and it was a loooong break so now am back on track and this time more serious not like before taking things lightly... will join you all now from 1st April... currently am 93.8 yes i gained again some weight in my break 😭 but its ok i'll manage it again InShaAllah🥰
