☕ Coffee and Niche Research
In the first eleven days, the Guild grew to 45 members, and this is unbelievable. So, I think we are ready to arrange our first online meetup. I think we can sit together, have a cup of coffee/tea, and look at Q1 niches. What do you think about it? The format is open, and we can discuss any questions. If you like the idea, what time works best for you? To convert to your local time, ask Google: "16:00 (Eastern European Time), November 14th, Friday in [your location]"

Weekend talk: ⚡Your non-negotiables for health and energy
Let's talk a bit about the preconditions for business success: our health and energy. It's clear that the most important factors of every success are showing up and a lot of tests. However, if your body attracts attention to itself or you have no energy, it is hard to be active. Actually, most of the people, when they say: "I have no time for it", - means just "I have no energy." Let's share what helps you keep grinding and feel good. I will start with my list: • 30 grams of protein at breakfast. First, it is essential for cellular functions, including mitochondrial activity, where ATP is produced as the main cellular energy currency. Second, it helps stabilize blood sugar levels, promotes satiety – say bye to mid-morning hunger and cravings. • Aim for 30 grams of dietary fiber a day. About 90% to 95% of the body's serotonin and nearly half of the body's dopamine are generated in the gut. If we have no healthy gut microbiome, it will be challenging to reach goals and feel good. • A teaspoon of fish oil a day. To get enough omega-3 fatty acids, mainly EPA and DHA, for heart health, reduced inflammation, and brain support. • One hour of Nordic walking or any brisk walking in nature a day. Nature, walking, some educational podcast, or YouTube clip - what can be a better combination? • Vitamins D, B12 checks every year or so and supplementation if needed. It's so much in our bodies connected to those two; it is necessary to keep them at optimal levels. • Great, restorative sleep. Once I listened: "If I have a meeting with investors and my Oura ring in the morning says I slept poorly, I will call the investors to reschedule the meeting and continue to sleep." Maybe this saying is too extreme, but directionally accurate. 😄 What are your tools and hacks to be healthy and energized?
