@Liz Lemarchand I love your community! I’m getting a lot of good information.
How’s your client onboarding?
We spend so much time thinking about how to attract clients and get them to say yes, but what happens once they do? When someone signs up to work with you, do you have a set process that takes them from becoming a client to their first session, or has your onboarding just developed naturally as your business has grown? How would you describe your client onboarding?

@Colin Yearwood I have a link asking them to schedule a call, but I haven’t had anyone take me up on it. How do you get your calls scheduled?

@Colin Yearwood the only sign ups I’ve gotten are for my free community. I have gotten them mostly from Facebook and inside Skool. Some from word of mouth.
Did you build your offer around your life... or fit your life around your offer?
When you first created your coaching offer, what influenced your decisions most? Did you think about the lifestyle you wanted... Or did you mostly look at what other coaches were doing? If you were starting again today, is there anything you'd change about how your offer fits into your life?

I built my offer around my life. If I hadn’t of gone through what I’ve gone through, I wouldn’t have a story or a business.

@Miri Campbell I think the biggest surprise is how much they seem to be at a loss for support and help. Many of the women have been searching for years for answers and all they want is someone to believe them! That’s where I can fully embrace them. I have been there! No one can tell me it was all in my head! Now they have someone in their corner …. Me!

🎯 Do coaches really need a niche?
I’ve just read an article sharing 100 different coaching niche ideas. Its main point was that a good niche should match your experience while solving a problem people are already willing to pay for. But niching is something coaches often have very different views on. Some coaches feel that choosing a specific audience and problem makes their marketing much easier. Others worry that it will limit them or turn away people they could help. 💬 What has your experience been? Has choosing a niche helped your coaching business? Or are you still working yours out?👇

I am a coach for high achieving women who are suffering every day with chronic pain or autoimmune conditions that the medical world can’t seem to figure out. They are suffering a lot of times silently and without support. I show them how they can dig into their history to find the root cause of their illness or pain.
