Assalamu alaikum everyone. My name is Haya, and I’m from India. Life has been quite difficult for me for a while, and somewhere along the way I became really disconnected from Allah, my deen, and even from basic routines. I reached a point where even taking care of myself, studying consistently, praying, and doing basic everyday things felt difficult. Right now, I’m trying to get back into living properly. Some of my current goals are: • Get back to praying all five salah consistently • Start working out and take better care of myself • Rebuild basic daily routines • Become more consistent and disciplined • Stop wasting so much time on my phone • Work hard for my final exams, which are in about a month, and get a decent score that I can genuinely be proud of • Become more resilient and learn to keep going even when I fall off track I’d especially love advice on two things. First, how do you rebuild your relationship with Allah when you genuinely want to feel close to Him, but you just don’t feel that closeness? I struggle with praying consistently, and even when I do pray or make dua, I often feel emotionally disconnected. I want to genuinely feel that connection rather than just going through the motions. Second, how do you let go of your past, forgive yourself for the mistakes you’ve made, and actually start living in the present instead of constantly thinking about what you should have done differently? And please keep me in your duas , especially regarding my mental health and my upcoming exams. I really hope I’m able to do well in them. JazakAllahu khairan for reading, and may Allah make it easy for all of us. Aameen ✨
