👋 Hi everyone, I’m Syed from Esquires Coffee, County Mall, Crawley (UK). I’ve been a gas and heating engineer for over 20 years, but recently fulfilled a long-held ambition of owning a coffee shop. Running a café has been one of the biggest learning experiences of my life! I’m passionate about building a genuine community hub where people feel welcome, and I’m always looking for ways to improve marketing, increase footfall, streamline operations and create a better customer experience.
