I'm so happy to say I didn't say "yes" to anything this week. I stayed in healing and resting mode even when my brain wanted to "do" things.

When I slow down I feel better in my skin. I feel calm and relaxed. I can let go of expectations and just be.

This weekend, practice asking yourself first: “What do I want?” Not what’s easiest. Not what keeps the peace. Just…what do you want? Try it with one small decision: what to eat, how to spend your time, what to say yes or no to. Then notice how that feels.
