Thank you Christopher and Ryan! Yes Wow! It was an amazing journey, remembering, releasing, crying, receiving, being in community, being in union as one… During breathwork, I think it was the third cycle, I had a vision, and then I released and cried, almost sobbing with the beat for a few minutes it seemed, until suddenly I stopped, became aware (or visaversa) and very calmly continued to follow the breathwork. “To have a new reality, you must first imagine it.” I sometimes feel I’m in limbo, waiting, but that’s my ego trying to keep me safe.
