Last October, Allison, Will and I got on this kick about diet and decided to do a session on bio-hacking. We intended it to be a simple discussion on quality foods and whether supplementation was necessary, but it quickly turned into something we were NOT expecting. I cut the first part of the session for brevity, but in that part, Raphael, Metatron and Source were explaining that once an individual begins to move into 4th density where awareness that we are source consciousness sets in, supplementation needs set in sooner. In this clip, you'll hear them refer to the consciousness piece. However, in this clip, they discuss the other crucial piece to understanding what's optimal for your body. There is no one diet that is ideal for everyone and eating X does not necessarily support your spiritual ventures. Your consciousness dictates that, not your food. But they go on to explain here how your origin point on Earth is a key, for you, and you alone. The very first grandparents that began your family line ... where did they begin? In what region? What they were eating and doing and how they were living, the frequency of life in that region, THAT is what you need to embrace for the physical piece. I purposely kept this clip short so that people will be inclined to give it a watch, but I'll post more from this session if people are interested. Later we ask for the origin points for the three of us and THAT was not what we were expecting either. It's not likely going to be what your DNA test reveals. 90% of my DNA is Slovenia and Austria, but my genetic source region was nordic (which is the other 10%).

Telekinesis is the ability to move, influence, or manipulate objects with your energy. I believe everyone has the ability to do this. First, you must believe that you can influence energy. And then play and have fun. I’ve been using this recently as training to focus my attention. I’m showing you a small clip here. There was plenty of time over the 30 minutes in which the tinfoil did not move. I found in order to influence the object I need to be doing breath work to amplify and uplift my energy. I just started practicing this on and off a few months ago. Has anybody else been playing with telekinesis?

Here's a clip from my first ever session with Will and Allison. I had a question in my list about something Ra had said in The Law of One, that an Anunnaki eventually assumed the identity of the original Yahweh. The original Yahweh was supposedly from Mars (Law of One and Origin Story) and when the humans needed to escape Mars 75,000 years ago, and come to Earth, Yahweh came with them as a sort of overseer. He left the planet at one point, supposedly, and Sanat Kumara did not allow him to return, leaving the legend of Yahweh in the hearts and minds of those who had known him. The Law of One explained that later, an Anunnaki assumed the role of the lost Yahweh somewhere around 3500 years ago so most of what we think we know of Yahweh, is actually about the fake one. I wanted to know more about these events, but my higher self maybe didn't understand what we were asking, or took the opportunity to discuss the topic of polarity instead. You look around these days and you see the whole "us and them" mentality in full force. I work with 4th density consciousness. To achieve that, you have to work with your own tendencies to fall into the us/them trap, move out of it and move into a state of neutrality. In this clip, my higher self explained why polarity exists in the human realm and how we should perceive "the other side" if we're to make the most of our experience.
