Telekinesis is the ability to move, influence, or manipulate objects with your energy. I believe everyone has the ability to do this. First, you must believe that you can influence energy. And then play and have fun. I’ve been using this recently as training to focus my attention. I’m showing you a small clip here. There was plenty of time over the 30 minutes in which the tinfoil did not move. I found in order to influence the object I need to be doing breath work to amplify and uplift my energy. I just started practicing this on and off a few months ago. Has anybody else been playing with telekinesis?

I look at the Schumann resonance daily as I have found that I am sensitive to fluctuations in mother earths energy. The Schumann resonance for Earth is approximately 𝟕.𝟖𝟑 Hz. Often described as the Earth's "heartbeat," these are a set of spectrum peaks in the extremely low frequency (ELF) portion of the Earth's electromagnetic field spectrum. They are global electromagnetic resonances generated and excited by lightning discharges in the cavity formed by the Earth's surface and the ionosphere. Over the past 12 hours, we have been receiving very high levels of this energy. I’m just curious as to whether or not anybody else was feeling this significantly today. I actually had to take a nap from 2 to 5pm because I was exhausted. 😴 I generally am not a nap taker but today it was nonnegotiable. I also had a slight headache the entire day. How did the energy feel to you today?
