Breathwork Essentials Pt. 2 - The Foundation is now available!!🥳
Yes, another little milestone reached today! The Breathwork Essentials Part 2: The Foundation of Breathing or Diaphragmatic Breathing is now available in the classroom 🥳 And once again, I want to ask if there is any feedback that one can give on the videos. What I especially would like some feedback on, if possible, is: I'm using b-rolls in my videos to make it more interesting, so it's not a "talking head" video for 12 minutes long. In some cases, it is really functional, as in where I show what the diagram is, but in other cases it is just to keep it interesting to watch to. I'm asking myself if I'm not a little bit overdoing it. Just let me know if someone has the time to check out the course; then I would be very happy to receive some feedback. Have a great week! Breathe well. Namaste. 🙏

Congratulations. I don’t think I can access it yet. I’m still at level 2.
What is the thing you are struggling with most doing Breathwork??😫
Often for me, it is still the challenge to stay in the here and now, to stay focused on the breathing and sink into this deeper level of consciousness, because I keep getting ideas, I keep planning my days, and I always have these thoughts like, "I have to remember to do this or to write down that so I don't forget it."🤣... So I have a very busy mind, and it's all positive thoughts these days. 🍀 however, that makes that often, not always, I'm still having a hard time really being in the here and now and really focusing on the present moment. What's Your's?

I’ve been doing breathwork every morning for about 7 years. A yoga mat lives permanently next to my bed. I struggled with meditation when I thought there was a right or wrong way to do it or that the purpose was to clear my mind. I had expectations of what meditation should be. Once I let go of the expectations, I no longer felt the struggle. I experience A high sense of awareness (sort of like when you hear a noise in the middle of the night and suddenly you become so silent in your mind trying to hear it again). If a lot of thoughts start to come up, I’m ok with that. I take it as a signal to take down time throughout the day (less sensory input). Three things that have helped me 1. My thoughts are not true (they are preferences) 2. My thoughts are not important. (Preferences change) 3. I don’t know anything (new preferences are created all the time) That has changed my life. It keeps me curious, playful and open minded. I am not my preferences, therefore I am not my thoughts. That’s very freeing. Anyone else experience this?
Breathwork Q&A
I created this community tab for anyone who has any questions or is struggling with a Breathwork technique or meditation, or just wants to know anything else apart from the general discussion. You can post it here, and I will answer as soon as I read it! 🫁🫶🙏

Important Announcement About the Live Sessions‼️
Hi everybody. I know that a few of our members were asking for guided breathwork sessions. The last few days I have been thinking about how to arrange this for everybody. This is also about honesty and keeping my promise and finding the balance between those two - To make this work out for all of us. Now, to keep this sustainable also for myself, the community is still very small, but in the future I hope, of course, this community will expand with more and more people. And I don't want to cut in my own fingers by over-promising and not being able to deliver or burn myself out. 😮‍💨 So I came up with the following: every two weeks, so bi-weekly, there will be a Tribe Talk meetup. So people can join the meetup, this is more about socializing. This will be every Thursday at 7 p.m. CEST/CET. If there are people from other time zones who would prefer another time, let me know, then I'll set up another meeting especially for that timezone ⏰ - So for the European time zone members, if this time really doesn't fit you, then please comment below what time would fit you. And I have planned one guided live session a month, which will be every first Saturday of the month at 8:30 AM CEST/CET. Once again, if you are in another time zone and you prefer another monthly time, just let me know. We'll get it arranged! 💪 Building this community and setting up live guided sessions and creating so much content, not only for here but also for my YouTube channel, just takes up all the time I have in my day. I do this with a lot of passion. I really love doing it, but I didn't even start my regular job yet, so I had to partly come back on my promise about the (weekly) live guided sessions, but to give something in return, something that is valuable for you. I messaged the members who were asking for the guided live sessions, and I sent you a small offer 🤝 And of course, there's also still the course in the classroom, and you can also check my YouTube channel, but these videos are more quick technique videos without real depth 👇

You are well on your way @Yordi Nolet . So happy for you.
The First Course Introductory Video is Live!!! 🥳🥳🥳
As the people who had voted, voted for "release a Course video every time I finish one", I can proudly announce that the first course video is just uploaded and available in the classroom!!!🔥 I decided to let the video be unlocked at level 3 to encourage new and future members to be engaging and be active in this community. Reaching level 3 is pretty easy. If you are still at level zero, then if you respond to a few of the posts below, then at some point you are at level 3. My experience also in other communities is that if you are engaging and active, level 3 will be unlocked in one or two days.🙂 The course will be 12 lessons long - and will only be available for the this Skool community. The first Video is an introduction to pranayama with one small breathing exercise. Through this course, you will learn the basics, the essentials of pranayama, and very soon be able to use your breath as a tool to improve the quality of your life 🫁 Now there is a little disclaimer, because from now on I hope to upload one video a week, but as some of you have already might have been reading, my daughter is here this week, so I'm not sure if this week I will have time to record the second video. Now I have one question for you, the one who is going to watch the course. Please let me know whether you like it, whether it's understandable, or if you have some other feedback. Just let me know - I'm open for any feedback to improve future videos. And of course, when you have a question, just ask. 🙂 🙏 Breathe well. Namaste 🍀

Thank you @Yordi Nolet . I’m still learning what skool is all about and how to get around. I’ll check out the video as soon as I’m on level 3.
