Restaurant Book Club ?!
While writing the survival guide for the restaurant newbie, I was perusing the restaurant and leadership books that lined my shelves. I can't tell you how many times I've read & recommended "The One Minute Manager" to up-and-coming shift leaders to read. It's super short and super helpful. Shall we start a little book club?! I'll be posting some of my favorites over the next few days to build up the library section of The Training Table, but I want to know what books you have dove into that have impacted how you work and lead in your restaurant. List them here and we'll add them to the reading list!
