Aha moment... I've been reflecting on the Peter Principle and how we can reach our own level of incompetency. I've seen the Peter Principle at work in my executive coaching where high performing individuals get promoted and then become incompetent because they don't have the skills. With my one-to-many journey, I see it with myself in terms of getting to the next level of scale. I have learned enough to ask good questions to MOVE FROM ME DOING THE HOW to WHO CAN I HIRE to take me to the next level. I am excited because I believe we've found good expertise to help us.

Today, I ran my 7th masterclass. The first 3 I had no success. The 4th one, I got one sale. the 5th one, 1 sale, the 6th one, one sell - BUT it took an extra phone conversation to close a $497 offer. With each masterclass I tightened the message, tightened my target audience, got better at lead nurturing, and this time, the 8th time, I finally sold one, at a higher price $575 plus an upsell of $375. Next month I am moving my offer to $775 with the upsell of the $375. The sale and the upsell covered my ad spend. We are still lead nurturing the other participants into signing up. In October I will move this to $975. By then I will have testimonials that I can use to further increase sales. And instead of only doing two live masterclasses, we will be offering 3 live masterclasses. Doing it this way, and giving people the option of different dates and times, I believe will drive more sign-ups versus advertising 1 masterclass at a time. It will also drive down advertising costs yielding a better ROAS. It was a nice victory to have someone immediately sign-up during the program - giving me the feedback that we are on the right track. @Ry Webber I find that when I raise my prices, particularly with my target market, I get more sales. I knew the $497 was too low to begin with. Eventually, I will get this to $1495 (probably next year, with a $750 upsell). But I want to get my offer stack really right and the testimonials to support this particular product. My competitors doing something different but similar have price points of $995 to $1500++

@Bruno Semedo Thanks, I appreciate the offer. Right now I want to focus on building everything first before I bring in someone else. I have two business partners and we are working on this together. So, a lot of ideas are flowing already. Sometimes too many ideas can derail a process.

Super AHA... hook, story, 5x, permission to transition to helping the client achieve their desire better, faster, cheaper.... I don't have to "teach" during the one to many webclasses but rather define the framework with enough information but not too much. This will leave the client wanting more.

Another epiphany as I woke up this morning: when thinking about my offer, I have built many customized coaching documents for individual clients on how to navigate their way to the top of an organization. I can turn all of these into generic assets and use them as lead generation or as part of my offer. I was struggling to figure out what I could put into my offer, but now I realize I have a library of frameworks and roadmaps that I created already and I can repurpose them. Now I just have to figure out the value as these frameworks and roadmaps took hours to do for many of these clients.

I have attended many different programs, Lisa Sasevich, Danielle Leslie, Jon Penberthy/AdClient, and others. And while I gained something valuable from all of them, the One to Many Online Selling brought together, in one neat package, everything I learned with even more prescriptive recipes on how to succeed. I've created over 20 stages for myself and have only sold one person. I can sell high-ticket one-to-one but I want to sell one to many and have a bigger impact changing people's lives. As a result of the 3-day program, I now know where I've been off the mark and why my approach didn't work. I feel like I've been given a blueprint to change and tweak what I already have and go large. Building on all that I've learned from other really good teachers, this program filled the gaps and I am ready to launch. Thank you Russell and team for all the great information.
