I am down with flu at the mo. And it's easy when you're not feeling well to also feel miserable, right? Life can feel harder that it is, challenges can loom larger. I find it helps to have reframes handy when I am not feeling my best. I like to pose them as questions... What if life is not happening TO me, but FOR me? What if this was part of the divine plan? What's right about this I'm not getting? (Access Consciousness) Who knows what is good and what is bad? (Positive Intelligence) How about you?
