Day 4's theme was all about luuuuuurve, baby, love 💖 And particularly Self-Love. Thanks a million-bajillion squillion to @Viktoria Chervenkova and @Nadine Ramsay for joining me LIVE for this session and for your amazing, wholehearted participation. 💖💖 It was both FUN and DEEP. ✨ This was an interactive session, we played a powerful self-reflection game together... - First, we listed the qualities we admire most in someone we deeply respect. - Then, we looked at the person we love most. - Finally, we turned the mirror inward to list our own positive qualities What we discovered?
