JUNE CHALLENGE: THE SUMMER DRIFT IS REAL.
Every year people head into summer already overwhelmed. Schedules change. Vacations happen. The kids are home. Weekends get chaotic. The routine disappears. And most people slowly drift away from themselves because they think if they can’t do everything perfectly, there’s no point in doing anything at all. That’s exactly why we’re doing The Summer Anchor 21 starting June 1st. 🔥 For 21 days, we are focusing on 3 non-negotiable anchors: ⚓ The First 16: 16oz water + A 1st Phorm Foundational Product (Greens/Reds/Micro-Factor/Full Mega/Collagen) before coffee or food.. We start the day intentionally instead of immediately running on stress and caffeine. ⚓ The Protein Buffer: Summer food is gonna happen. Ice cream, BBQs, trips, restaurants, all of it. Instead of spiraling, we anchor the day with protein. Hit your protein goal daily at a bare minimum. Use Phormula-1 Clear to your advantage.. no excuses get it ordered! ⚓ The 15-Minute Reset: No “I missed my hour workout so I did nothing.” We’re done with that mindset. 15 intentional minutes. Walk, lift, mobility, core, bands, bodyweight.. playing with kids.. it counts. This challenge is NOT about being perfect. It’s about staying connected to yourself during a season where most people completely let go. I attached calendars below that you can print off and use to track your progress, but you can also track however you want. I just want you participating. Snickers?!?
This is what I’m trying to say! Stop making protein bars, a part of your regular diet. Use them every once in a while, but they should not be something that you’re consuming every single day. Start eating Whole Foods options. I’m telling you right now. It’s all marketing. Stop looking at something and it says high protein and automatically assuming it’s healthy. It’s all lies. Eat Whole Foods options.

I don’t feel so guilty about eating the almond Snicker’s bar with fruit while traveling….it sure tasted good! 😊

SHOULD WE BRING 4 FOR THE CORE BACK?!
I was going to focus on hitting protein and making that the challenge for May.. but I am thinking y'all need some core in your life!! Thoughts?! I've been getting many questions about my waist training and core in general. I am only showcasing ALL the work that I have been doing for the past few years. It's specific deep core exercises that I do. + I TAKE CARE OF MY GUT HEALTH.. YES OPTI-GREENS 50 AND COLOSTRUM. It is not just a flex. It works. Thoughts on a core challenge?! This was 4 for the core last time.. but I will revamp it!

APRIL STANDARD: 10K STEPS A DAY — WHO’S IN?
We’re finishing March strong…and we are NOT drifting into April. We’re setting the tone right now. We’re raising the standard and moving with intention right now. For the entire month of April, we’re running a community challenge: 10,000 steps every single day. Daily proof that you are the kind of person who follows through. This is about becoming someone who does what they said they would do. And we’re doing it together. I made a tracker for April so you can print it, save it, or keep it on your phone and check off every day you hit your steps. Post your wins. Post your walks. Post your screenshots. Hold the line. 🔥 BONUS: Invite someone to do this with us. Spouse, friend, coworker, family member. The more people moving, the stronger this community gets. We don’t lower the bar here. We raise it.
