Hi @Russ Ward I hope you're doing well! I wanted to get your thoughts on the current state of Voice AI technology. I remember seeing a community post from you a while back where you mentioned preferring to keep everything within Go High Level rather than using separate platforms. My question is: Has the technology evolved enough that Go High Level's Voice AI agents are now comparable to (or better than) VAPI's API solution? I'm currently considering consolidating everything into one platform (Go High Level) rather than splitting my setup between VAPI and GHL. From a workflow and management perspective, I'd much prefer keeping everything in one ecosystem. Would you recommend making the switch at this point, or are there still advantages to using VAPI that make it worth the added complexity? Thanks for any insights you can share! Surinder

I've added automations so you can easily stop all bots from responding for a certain contact if you need to do that. A use case may be a lead came in, the bot interacted with the lead and you notice you need to jump into the conversation. If you do that without adding the STOP ALL BOTS tag the bot will respond to the lead whenever they reply. So you add the STOP ALL BOTS tag to that contact and if you want to turn the bots back on you just remove the tag. Here's a video to show you how it works.

I added the new GHL live chat voice widget to my business directory. It's pretty cool and works well but there are a couple quirks/bugs you'll wan to look out for if you add one yourself. I made a short demo video to explain.
