Good morning!! I have struggled with insomnia for what feels like an eternity. My doctor prescribed me Trazodone about 8 months ago. It works great but I have been struggling with weird symptoms. I read the not so common section of side effects and I have basically all of them, weight gain, bloating, swelling etc… I stopped taking it two nights ago and unfortunately I am back to my 2-3 hours of sleep. Anyone know of a natural alternative that’s not melatonin that works?

@Kyle Settles my rain has a hard time shutting down. Meditation is something I need to practice for sure.

@Sunny Settles it’s been up and down :/ Not as bad as I thought it would be cutting out the Trazodone. My hormones don’t help 😂 Thank you for asking!!

Definitely interesting how I am much more aware of what I am eating and drinking! I almost threw up my coffee this morning after logging it and realized that it has 4 grams of fat! Not getting that again! Actually made me mad lol

@Sunny Settles Candy like Skittles for example. I used to have them around all the time. Now I realize I just don’t need the empty calories. Bad for my weight and skin!! I replaced it with great fruit and it has worked out well for me.
