I'm in the early stages of starting an editing agency and want to build it into a professional, scalable business. From your experience, what are the most critical steps I should focus on in the beginning particularly when it comes to positioning the agency in a competitive market, establishing efficient workflows attracting and quality clients, and managing a team of editors effectively? Also are there any common mistakes or overlooked areas that new agency founders often encounter that I should be mindful of? and also what are the most effective and professional strategies for landing that very first client particularly when you don’t yet have a portfolio and demonstrate value, and stand out in a market where credibility is so crucial early on?

My exams start Friday ان شاء الله and I’m going to publicly apologise for the fact that I haven’t been able to make any courses for video editing. At the end of July I will be launching a skool community for Muslims who actually want to make a few HALAL K’s every single month. This is going to be big bi’itnillah. salaamu alaykum im new to this community. editng has been something a bit hard for me since these softwares arent really easy to use which makes it not very easy to use like (capcut) from transitions to cutting and to get good things in these softwares you sometimes have to pay like (ae) or (pr) and ive tried to use blender but .... also not easy aswell as trying to get engagement on socials has been challenging and also ive been wondering how to make good edits in davinci resolve something related to bows and arrows and really struggled if someone can help me on the in sha allah. jazakallahu khair. and also i dont know what clients want and how to get clients and how much to charge etc .
