Recently i’ve been having conversations on my next role in my org, I was full on anxiety spiraling (and upset) about the conversation my manager said she had with her boss/ our team sr leader about my movement and the concerns raised. I was trying to tell myself to not let it affect me till I actually talk to the team head, in order to go with positive mindset in my meeting with the her. I was able to shift my perspective before our meeting and it went well, but that it didn’t happen before it ruined my entire weekend and didn’t sleep well! 🙈
