Not every coping strategy is actually helping you move forward
Some things help us get through the moment but that doesn’t always mean they’re helping us long term. And I think that’s a really powerful question to sit with: "Is the way I’m coping actually helping me move forward… or just helping me avoid what’s really going on?" No shame, just awareness. Because that kind of honesty can change a lot 🤍

Interrupt Overthinking in 2 Minutes
Overthinking can feel so convincing in the moment. Not always because what happened was that big but because of everything your mind starts layering on top of it after. The meaning… The prediction… The pressure. And before you know it, one moment has turned into a full spiral. That is why these things can feel so exhausting. Not because you are dramatic or doing something wrong but because your mind has stopped letting the moment stay small. Sometimes what helps most is not more analysing. It is having something simple and practical to come back to when you notice yourself getting pulled in. This reel walks you through one of those tools. Save it for the next time your mind latches on, and let it be something you can return to when you need a little more calm and a little less noise. 🤍

@Salih Kunnoth 100% Salih. It’s so easy to let our thoughts run on autopilot, because that’s how we’ve lived most of our lives. Now let’s tackle them, together! 🫶

Wins 🤍
This space is for any moment of progress - big or small, visible or quiet. A win might look like… - Realising your shoulders dropped halfway through a meeting - Noticing the spiral start and interrupting it sooner than you used to - Responding instead of reacting, even if your voice still shook - Leaving something unfinished and letting that be okay - Choosing to slow down when your instinct was to push harder You don’t need a breakthrough. You don’t need a positive spin. You don’t even need to be sure it “counts.” If something felt meaningful to you, it belongs here. And if you’re not in a place to share yet, that’s completely okay too. Reading along still counts. This space is about recognising progress as it actually happens - gently, honestly, and without performance. Jess 🤍
