🌟 Psychic Saturday: Tap Into Your Inner Wisdom! 🌟
It's that time again! Happy Psychic Saturday, Sacred Circle! ✨ It's the first Psychic Saturday of 2025!! Today, let’s take some time to connect with our intuition, explore the energy surrounding us, and tune into the whispers of the universe. This is your chance to strengthen your intuitive muscles and uncover hidden messages meant just for you. 🌌 🔮 Intuitive Exercise: Symbol Discovery This practice is designed to help you align with the energy of the day and decode a message tailored for you. Here’s how it works: 1️⃣ Find a Quiet Space Take a moment to settle into a peaceful place where you won’t be disturbed. Light a candle, grab your favorite crystal, or create an environment that feels sacred to you. 2️⃣ Center Yourself Close your eyes, take three deep breaths, and let go of any tension or distractions. Feel your body relax and your mind open. 3️⃣ Visualize the Symbols In your mind’s eye, picture the following symbols one at a time: - 🌞 A glowing sun – Radiating warmth and vitality. - 🌊 A flowing river – Moving effortlessly with the current. - 🌸 A blooming flower – Unfolding its beauty to the world. Notice which symbol calls to you the most. Trust your first instinct—this is your intuition speaking! 4️⃣ Ask for Guidance Hold your chosen symbol in your mind’s eye and ask the universe: “What wisdom or message do you have for me today?” 5️⃣ Receive the Message Let thoughts, feelings, or visuals flow naturally. Don’t overthink it—just observe. The message may come as a word, a sensation, or an image. ✨ What Does It Mean? 🌞 The Glowing Sun: A reminder to step into your power, radiate confidence, and embrace your inner light. Is there an area of your life where you’re ready to shine? 🌊 The Flowing River: Guidance to release resistance and go with the flow. Trust the process, and know that movement, even if subtle, is leading you to where you need to be. 🌸 The Blooming Flower: A sign of growth, transformation, and beauty unfolding in divine timing. What are you nurturing that is ready to blossom?

Is anyone else feeling overwhelmed?
NYE and new years day is always high energy and as a sensitive woman, I already take on so much energy. As my sensitivity to these things grows with my own spiritual and intuitive development, I find it's easy to get overwhelmed. Is anyone else feeling this way? I've been up for an hour and I'm already done. Doesnt help that the fireworks and huge energy kept my kids and me up all night. Don't feel bad if you need time to rest or tune things out. Try not compare yourself to others and their resolutions, these things fizzle out and burn out easily. It's okay if you need time to ease into the new year, it will be easier to maintain your energy this way. Im going to focus on reseting and preparing today. Sending love Holly

When I awoke this morning, I was able to relax and complete my morning routine--have my coffee, read my coaching scripts, and journal. It was perfect. Because I knew my husband would be watching football on television all day, I chose to go into the bookstore to write and send the monthly newsletter and tie up a few loose ends. There was no one else there, and it was a great time to listen to some music and complete those tasks. I am not scheduled to work until Friday and Saturday. However, i felt great after getting home and eating pizza with my husband. We had cocktails and are watching television mindlessly. A great day today. I will admit that while I was journaling, I was sensing overwhelm. And the thing is I wrote down all of the things that could be considered overwhelming for me right now. Then when I was reading the next chapter in the Barbara Sher book I mentioned in another post, it hit me. I was on the chapter that discusses "wanting everything," and not being able to focus enough to figure out the one thing you are wishing for. The best piece of advice came to me through this chapter. I can have everything I want; it simply does not all have to happen at once. If I want to write poetry, I can write a line a day, or I can write for 10 minutes or 30 minutes until I finish the poem, and then I can go on to the other things that I want. It is simply genius. And it has made me look differently at all of the things I have on my "to do" list. I don't have to do them all at once. And I don't have to expect that they will all be completed at the same time. Genius.

Earlier I set the intentions of taking care of myself by giving myself time to regroup and relax. I have definitely done that this past week. I made sure that I was aware of my feelings and how I could react, making sure that it was for my best good. It has felt great!! Another intention had to do with the bookstore and what has been going on with the rest of the staff. I started writing notes that are attached to a clipboard, and everyone is asked to read and initial that they have read. I believe it is making a difference. There are still some issues, and I am embracing that I am ok with them failing as long as it doesn't impact the bottom line for the store. I am also more aware of what it is that I need to say and address to individuals who are not yet doing what they should be doing. (The owner does not want to hear complaints about the workers, so I am thinking outside the box.) And finally, when I was giving myself grief for not doing one thing I had planned on doing, I was told by my mastermind group to "knock it off!" They reminded me of how far I have come. And it's true!!! I realized that the comfort zone and greatness zone are separated by a thin line that I myself have drawn. I have the choice and the opportunities to cross that line and strive to get into my zone of genius!!!
