Biggest win was getting through the week with extra effort. Utilized a few videos to keep me from spiraling. Biggest challenge was health related - oral surgery so no exercise and limited food options for most of the week. Cant wait for my red-light and pod session and a weekend of down time. Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Biggest win was getting back on track this week. Hydrated, exercise and longer intermittent fasting with a protein shake. Feeling good!

I didn't quit even with a tough week. Went off track a couple days but back on the water and a longer fast today to make up. Got to dfine today so back on track!

Getting back on track. Stress took over this week with a few things I didn’t expect, so just getting caught up. Had me thinking about this program and wanted to take a break. I put on your videos and tried to do a few relaxing things for myself. I tapped into a few other resources for support. My sleep was definitely impacted but back on track! Making small changes, got outside, took walks, increased my water and simplified things the rest of the week. Going to rewatch this again later in the week.

Busy week so finally able to listen to it. Perfect timing ? Weight loss but realized I am building muscle and feeling much stronger. Able to do some gardening this weekend and have a catch with my grandsons❤️. Haven’t been able to do this in years.
