How to Remove All Identity Theft Negative Items from a FICO Credit Report in 4 Days or Less Using FCRA § 605(b) Blocking This technique allows for the removal of negative items from a FICO credit report in just four days, compared to the standard 30-day removal timeframe under FCRA § 609 disputing. The entire process can be completed remotely using a computer or smartphone with an internet connection. This method can eliminate all negative accounts and delinquencies on a FICO report, as well as hard inquiries, collections, and charge-offs resulting from the fraudulent accounts. Once blocked, the fraudulent information will no longer appear on the report and will not affect the consumer’s credit score. Steps to Invoke FCRA § 605(b) Block: 1. Provide Proof of Identity Theft – Submit a police report or FTC Identity Theft Report to the credit reporting agency. 2. Identify the Fraudulent Information – Clearly specify the accounts or entries on the credit report that resulted from identity theft. 3. Request the Block in Writing – Send a written request to each credit reporting agency, along with your proof of identity theft and identification documents. Once the credit reporting agency receives your request and supporting documentation, it must block the fraudulent information from your credit report promptly, protecting your credit history and score from the damaging effects of identity theft.

Good afternoon, I had a bankruptcy chapter 13 back in 2018 it was dismissed in 2019. I actually paid all my debt with the Doge coin. How can I get this Removed off my public record?

Since you already paid off your debts and the case was dismissed (not discharged), you actually have a stronger chance of reducing how visible it is. Courts sometimes treat dismissed bankruptcies more favorably than discharged ones, because the debts were satisfied outside of bankruptcy. That said, the federal bankruptcy court keeps the filing permanently. Anyone with PACER access (the public court system) can still find it. The bigger issue is that a lot of background check companies and data brokers scrape PACER and republish the case, often without showing that it was dismissed. That’s usually why it shows up on Google searches or background checks. To deal with this, you (or a lawyer) can file a Motion to Seal or Expunge in the same bankruptcy court where your case was filed. In that motion, you would explain: - The case was dismissed, not discharged. - All debts were paid in full. - Keeping the record public is unfair and misleading, since there’s no ongoing debt. A judge will review and make the final call. Success isn’t guaranteed, but dismissed cases generally have a better chance than discharged ones. Outside of the court system, you still have other options to reduce visibility: 1. Data Broker Opt-Outs: Request removal from sites like BeenVerified, Spokeo, Intelius, etc. 2. Court-Level Sealing (rare but possible). File the motion with strong reasoning. 3. Reputation Management: Push down or remove traces online so it’s much harder for people to find. 👉 This way, even if the official court record stays, you can still minimize how often it pops up in searches or reports.
