A simple question
SKOOLx Entry Did you ever wish you had a higher IQ? No, seriously. Much higher. That question sent me down a rabbit hole involving: - a maths encyclopaedia, - East Germany, - a Möbius strip, - Barbados, - and a few pocket lions. 7:10 minutes. No edits. One take. If you're curious, come along.

Jonas Frydal is a speaker and author focused on leadership, workplace culture, and psychological safety. His work explores how leaders can create environments where people thrive, contribute, and perform at their best. In this talk, Jonas Frydal explores how silence in the workplace often reflects hesitation, fear, or a lack of psychological safety. SPEAKERx video 6: Stuart Wedge
Stuart Wedge is a Senior Security Analyst at Infor and a veteran of the British Army. He specialises in Information Security, helping organisations understand and prepare for complex cybersecurity risk. He is the founder of PolicyWizard and the creator of the Congredior Method, a practical leadership framework focused on reducing friction within organisations so that ideas turn into action and action turns into progress. In this talk, Stuart Wedge explores how friction silently disrupts progress in organisations, affecting communication, collaboration, and decision-making. He identifies three key areas where friction appears: in the message, in engagement, and in decision processes. @Jim Jenkins, active listening is one of the 16 core skills of The Congredior Method. It falls in the engagement section. The 15 other skills all help and can be learned over time. I break the steps into Message, Engagement, Action, and Progress. It's a little roadmap that the whole change or stakeholder-influence process can fit into.

@André Roßbach, haha, that's amazing 😃. It seems to stick well with people who hear it and try it. I’ll keep using it, for sure. Thanks!
