@Jake Van Clief these profiles appear a little limiting. Several of them apply to me. I want to create a structure for each business function/workflow (for example: marketing, sales, design, development, product, operations, finance, etc). What is the best way to structure and achieve this? Should we create: a) Many projects, with one "Project" for each function/workflow, and each has a few workspaces (you seem to keep it to 3?). b) A single 'Project' for the business with workspaces for every workflow/function inside?

Hey@Kevin Lawry, thanks for your thoughts. I was leaning towards multiple projects also. My only concern is needing to duplicate docs (brand guidelines etc) across multiple projects. But it's probably the lesser of the two evils and I'll tackle this path if it arises.
🙋 How and where to install the skills listed in the Workflow Blueprint?
Hey, I'm a premium member and have set up the WorkFlow Blueprint in VS Code. But the Skills folders mentioned in the files don't seem to be included. How and where do we download and install the Skills?

@Shirsho Guha Claude tells me if I execute that it will install it globally in '~/.claude/skills/humanizer' rather than locally. Is that correct though?

Thank you, @Mike Newton That's what I thought. If skills are added globally, does that mean they always load automatically, even if you don't need them? Or do you have to call them to make them load? I want to keep resource usage as low as possible.
Who's here? Drop your intro.
Tell us three things: 1. What you do (job, industry, student, career-changer, whatever) 2. What brought you to Clief Notes 3. One thing you're trying to figure out right now related to computing or AI I'll respond to every single one. And read each other's intros too because the person who's stuck on the same problem as you might already be in this thread. I'll go first I am Jake, I have been working in tech for 15 Years, building with Generative AI for 3 Years straight now! Excited to teach and learn! That's it. Simple, scannable, gives you data on who's joining and what they need, and keeps the feed clear for content that retains people past week one.

Hey @Jake Van Clief, Thank you for the warm welcome. It's sitting well, mostly. Great content. But I think the Classroom would benefit from training on how to: - Install Skills in Claude Code - Structure the folder system to scale past the limiting 'role' based templates with 3 workflows into a system that works for multiple roles and business functions (e.g content creator, designer, developer, etc and freelancer)

@Jake Van Clief I don't, but I've heard the subscription is cheaper. I will sign up as soon as I've got the basics installed. Thank you for the confirmation 🙂
