I just launched my very first Skool community, and in only 7 days we’ve already reached 46 members! I’ve been posting, engaging, and building momentum now I’m focused on the next step: monetizing the community and turning it into something even more valuable.

Community F.I.R.E. MISSION: Cover Your Monthly Living Expenses in ONE Hour a Day, with ONE PERSON, in ONE year (or Less) if Your Monthly Expenses are Less Than $10,000 a Month. 🌎RENTING access to your micro-community worldwide. I am calling this our 'ONE PLAN' for short. Who is with me? Will you COMMIT to ONE HOUR a day? Will you COMMIT for ONE YEAR? (If your monthly expenses are way below $10k a month, it will likely be way faster.) Look... I remember. I was working 60 to 70 hours a week SELLING my time to an employer. It was TOUGH to commit to one hour a day. I got up at 4 a.m. to MAKE SURE I got my hour in. It's not a small commitment. I am glad I made the commitment. I remember watching my son graduate from high school... It was memorable for me because I MISSED so many of his birthdays, school events and such because I had NOT figured out my RENTAL MODEL and only knew a SALES MODEL. Which meant my BOSS owned my TIME! I was THEIR RENTAL MODEL. They got to attend EVERY ONE of their two kids' events... But... I could NOT get the "time off" approved by them for my son's important days. Eric graduated in 2006... I'd given my boss the middle finger award in February of that year. And I KNEW I would 100% be attending his graduation LIVE and IN PERSON! Committing to ONE HOUR a day took me 2-ish years... But... I didn't understand the RENTAL MODEL of income VERSUS the SALES MODEL of income. I tried several "sales model" businesses. "Flipping" items/services and such. It didn't work (at first) because I had to start over at $0 every single month. And I'm NOT talking about a SUBSCRIPTION business. Subscriptions are just ONE MONETIZATION path of a RENTAL MODEL of income. (We'll jam on that more later.) But... 👀What I want to know right now? Is... 👉Are you with me? To... Cover Your Monthly Living Expenses in 👍ONE Hour a Day 👍with ONE PERSON (If you love managing people, go for more.) 👍in ONE year By RENTING access to your lil community?

See pic 👇 This is one of my Ronin who does campaigns and auctions FOR other people’s audiences. (We typically get 20% to 50% on campaigns.) This was his FIRST auction. Auctions are the simplest and most fun of any sales campaign I’ve ever done. I’ve been at this a minute. If you can get a few hundred peeps in your community and run one auction once a month… You’d likely get darn close to covering your monthly expenses if you’ve got average LIVING expenses: $5k ish a month. Run a Poll Tap once or twice a month and you can start covering LIFESTYLE expenses. Hope this gives ya inspiration! As you WITNESSED last week… Flames invited new Flames the other day to take us over 500 members…(we’re at 558 now 🤯) With the right MOVEMENT and MISSION… Once you get a few members… They will invite other members… If you ASK:-) It’s a good life! Last week I got clarity on the group I wanted to start and set it up. Dust everywhere as I finish it up but already got 13 members! It's going to become the most exciting hour of my day!
