"Thank You , And a New Chapter Begins"
This journey has been incredible, and I just want to say from the bottom of my heart, thank you. To everyone who donated, supported me, and engaged in this space, you have no idea how much I appreciate you. Your support has meant everything. After a lot of thought, I’ve decided to close this Skool group on Friday. It’s been tough to grow here, and I can't justify the £80 it costs to keep it open. Now I see why even groups like Dennis’s struggle to bring in new people. Before it shuts down on Friday, feel free to catch up on any posts, take what you need, and keep what’s helped you. But this isn’t goodbye, it’s just a shift. 🔥 I’ll still be posting in the Facebook group, keeping up the same insights and conversations we’ve had here. That’s where we can continue this journey together. I’m also working on something new—BrightPath Connects—a venture aimed at helping therapists find clients and making therapy more accessible to those who need it. It’s not something designed for this group, but it’s another way I’m working to help people on a bigger scale. So while my Skool is closing, I’ll still be here, still sharing, still doing the work, just in a place where it has the best chance to grow. Thank you again for everything. Your support has meant more than I can say. Much love, Danny

"We’re All Feeling It, And That’s a Good Sign."
Lately, it seems like everyone I know on this journey, myself included, is hitting some kind of wall. Setbacks. Waves of sadness. Old wounds resurfacing. And here’s the crazy part, we’re all feeling it at the same time. At first, that might seem like a bad thing. Like, Why now? Why all at once? But I see it differently. I see it as a sign. 💡 Growth isn’t just an individual process, it’s a collective one. We think we’re on separate paths, but we’re not. We’re in sync. We’re moving through different versions of the same storm. We’re shedding layers, breaking patterns, and hitting resistance together. And you know what that means? We’re on the edge of something big. Because this isn’t collapse. It’s transformation. This is what happens when you’re about to level up. So if you’re feeling the weight of it right now, good. That means you’re in the thick of it. That means you’re doing the work. That means you’re exactly where you need to be. Danny

It is also a very strange period for me and i relate to what you are all saying. I had a clarity moment recently and then a setback now, symptoms are annoying me and it is unsettling that they are back but deep down i feel something changed for the better but i cannot verbalize it 😅 it is very frustrating
Limiting Beliefs
What’s One Limiting Belief You’ve Overcome? Limiting beliefs can hold us back from reaching our potential. What’s one limiting belief you’ve conquered, and how did you do it? I’ll go first in the comments

@Simone Mir I can totally relate! My deepest fear is that I will not be able to do it on my own, that everything is too much and I cannot handle it by myself, including emotions, that the smallest thing will shake me, that I won’t be able to handle “bad” emotions. Rationally I know this is not true and my everyday life shows it, but I am still not able to… accept it emotionally

Who's that behind the Mask?
Are You Wearing a Mask for the World? Do you ever feel like you're playing a role that isn't really you? Maybe you wear a mask to appear strong, confident, or 'put together,' but underneath, there’s exhaustion, self-doubt, or even numbness. In today’s world, so many of us hide behind masks, whether it’s to protect ourselves from judgment, to meet the expectations of others, or to feel like we belong. But what if I told you that the greatest connection, healing, and growth come from removing that mask? From showing up as your authentic self, scars and all? In this community, we're all about uncovering what's beneath the mask and rediscovering who you really are. It’s not about fixing yourself, it’s about reconnecting with your truth. I’d love to hear from you: What mask are you wearing for the world? What would life look like if you could let it go? Let’s open this conversation and start shedding the layers that no longer serve us.

You are so right, Danny. Trying to remind myself that not wearing a mask is where deep and beautiful connections can occur - with myself and others. However, the term mask made me think of something. I am frequently questionning myself and searching in panic whether I have a mental illness, a personality disorder and the list goes on and on. And actually this also - trying to fit in a diagnosis, hiding behind a label is putting on a mask refusing to “see” where the real problem is… do you have any reflexions on this?
